IMPORTANT INFORMATION
MILLVIEW CAR PARK
Millview Car park is now managed by CPS Midlands Limited. Anyone unlawfully parking will initially be fined £75.
You can obtain a Temporary parking permit from reception to use whilst you are at the surgery. The permit has to be displayed in full view in your vehicle.
Millview Surgery cannot be held responsible for any damage to vehicles left in the car park. Patients park at their own risk.

COMPUTER CHANGES AT MILLVIEW SURGERY
From July we will be in the process of changing to a new computer
system.
GO LIVE DAY!
We go live with our new computer system on Wednesday the 19th of
August.
Appointments:
During the period between the 12th and 21st of August we will be unable
to offer routine appointments. We will run an emergency surgery for
urgent medical problems.
We will still be offering an acute and emergency service while we
prepare everything ready to resume business as usual on Monday the 24th
of August 2009.
Please understand that while we get accustomed to the new system,
surgeries and clinics may run behind as the doctors and nurses find
their way around the system.
Reception staff may also take a little longer than usual to deal with
patients while they too become familiar with the system. As a result of
this, you may find there is a need to queue but we will get to you as
quickly as we can.
Prescriptions:
To minimise disruption to our repeat prescription service, we may issue
you with two prescriptions. Please keep the second one safe until it is
required.
Training:
Everyone in the practice requires training in order to use our new
system. We commence training on Monday 3rd of August and continue this
until the end of August.

NEW APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please Note:
From Monday 1st September the surgery will be offering appointments
from 7am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
These are booked appointments only.
The Surgery doors will not be open until 8am.
Prior arrangements will be made for patients with appointments between
7am and 8am to enter the building.
