Your first point of contact with the practice and the Primary Care

We all want satisfaction!
All the members of the Primary Care Team want you to get the maximum
benefit from your consultations. You may find it helpful if you write
down the matters which you wish to be covered, so that nothing is
forgotten. Also, if you don't understand.....please ask for an
explanation.
Chaperone
Please note if you are having an intimate examination a chaperone can be
provided. This service is available to both
male and female patients. Please ask a member of staff for
details.
Privacy
Our reception is an open counter, but if you need to talk to the
receptionist confidentially, she can arrange this for you.
